I know there are plenty of uses for old newspapers. So, prior to recycling, what are some ways that you could give newspapers a second life in your community?

  1. I use them for wrapping paper, especially the comics or colorful advertisement pages. My toddler likes to cut out the people in the ads and use them for make believe play.

    I know that schools may use them to place on tables while children paint.

    Campgrounds could use them to provide to campers for fire starters.

  4. Very easy to fold into seed starting pots. You can plant the whole thing in the ground, so the roots aren’t disturbed!
