I’ve worked in tech support as a project manager and field tech in NYC and Maine for something like 12 years now. I won’t talk down to you—I have a strong “teach a man to fish” ethic. I won’t try to sell you anything—I’m not made of money and neither are most people; thus I’ve learned the best free/cheap ways to do anything.
